After you login to your account, you click in “Booking”, and find your order. Press “Cancel Booking” in your order.
Depend on the shop's decision, but most of the shop, you can make cancellation before 4 hours of service time. Refund would be put back to credit card provided by you. This process may take 5-14 days depending on payment gateway. B-dollar used would also be refunded back to you.
