Brothers Men由Nick和Ming於2015年在香港創立。兩人深受外國Barber文化吸引，曾到意大利學習最傳統的Barber技術。
回國後，大力推動融合亞洲特色的Barber文化，技術教育課程！多次代表香港參與國內外的文化交流，為東西方Barber文化結合奠定了基礎。
2017年，Brothers Men成為意大利高級品牌Barber Mind官方授權(香港區)代理商 。2019年更成為該品牌的Barber課程合作夥伴及官方授權(亞洲區)總代理。並聯手合辦了Barber Mind官方亞洲地區首場Barber課程。在國內外引起重大迴響，並因此登上意大利報張。2020年兩人亦被國際知名電剪品牌ANDIS正式授予香港指定教育導師名銜。
Brothers Men同時亦是英國品牌Solid Cologne UK的香港區代理商。
除Barber產品批發及零售以外，Brothers Men現時共開設6間Barbershop，其中1間主要作為培訓及教育用途。2020年尾亦受到新鴻基集團旗下之《新世紀廣場Moko》及香港誠品生活的邀請於2021年初正式進駐《香港誠品太古店》及2021年中進駐《香港誠品海港城店》及新鴻基旗下大型商場《荃灣廣場》分店。
未來，Brothers Men會繼續不為餘力推動融合亞洲特色的Barber文化。更有意向將旗下Barbershop以加盟形式推廣至香港以外其他地區。從而令亞洲特色的Barber文化碰撞出更多不同的火花。
